In the northern hemisphere we, here in Berlin and Amsterdam, are still experiencing the most extreme light days. With the long rays of light, we also have long, thin, slender and very dark shadow 'rays'. There are shadow worlds everywhere in which the other side of the leaves on trees, people or church steeples take place. All these echo-worlds are more visible than ever this time of year.

The fact that shadows are also made up of colours is especially easy to observe at this time of year.

This is exactly why we have collected these art prints to offer you with a summer discount. Prints in which shapes as well as residual shapes and figures as well as shadows are composed of different colour tones.

'Between spherical deep red and bright white' is a mini-zine printed with a short midsummer colour story. All zines are printed with neon pink and some also have some Riso red. The prints sometimes have as many as four layers of ink. We folded an A3 into a soft A6 booklet. With a poster on the inside. Print run 150, all numbered.

This is Auricular Purple on Celandine Green from B

This is Auricular Purple on Celandine Green from Berlin, nice to meet you. She is one of the new characters in our Midsummer Sasso series. Printed with one layer of Federal Blue and with no less than two layers of Sing it Back Pink.

This dark, greyish blue together with two layers or the very radiant pink make a deep Auricular Purple together with the Celandine Green paper. This is a purple that you can see shimmering in the mineral Purple fluorite just like on the delicate wings of a Blue Bottle Fly or on the round jagged creamy petals of the Purple Auricula.
(These are all references to plants, minerals and animals from the 1814 book 'Werner's Nomenclature of Colours'.)
